How much time do I get to set-up my event?
You may get started as early as our bookings allow at the time of your gathering.
Can I bring my own music?
Yes, our customers often bring their own music! However we strongly recommend that you download your playlist to a laptop or iPad in advance in order to play over our sound system. We can not be held responsible for any interruptions should you count on “live streaming” as this is heavily dependent on the stability of the source, provider, bandwidth, and/or connection.
Are candles allowed?
Candles are only allowed in approved enclosed containers. We recommend flameless candles as a great alternative.
Is Lavender Hill event space handicapped accessible?
Yes! Our facility offers wheelchair friendly parking and entryways.
Is a wedding ceremony included with the rental package?
We do not currently provide ceremony services in-house. However, we are happy to allow use of the event space for your ceremony at no additional charge.
Are rehearsals included in the event price?
There is no additional charge, unless food and drink is to be served. Contingent upon availability.
What are your banquet room capacities?
We offer two banquet rooms:
- The Lavender Lounge Room -occupancy 90 people seated style
- The Lavender Lux Room-occupancy 150 people seated dinner style
How much is the deposit to hold my date/time?
We require a non-refundable $125 deposit to book your event. The deposit is non-refundable but does get applied to your final balance. Clients are more than welcome to make additional payments if they so choose! Final payment is due in full 2 weeks before your event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Paypal (@lavenderhillevents), CashApp ($lavenderhillevents, money order or cashier’s check.
